Returns & Exchanges

At Sussex Bell Tents, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if you are not, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and protective bags are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it securely to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
